One of our core principles is to create responsibly: we want this tensioner to hang off your bike for years, or decades to come. We design our components to last, and build everything to be pulled apart and serviced, with minimal replaceable parts to ensure fewer of our products end up in landfills. 

Every single component can be purchased individually to keep you and your bike running seamlessly. If what you’re after isn’t listed, please contact us.

Warrenty

It ain’t dainty. Our components are designed to be the most reliable parts on your bike. However, we’ve still got you covered for when things go wrong. GRAZR Components offer a limited 2-year warranty on defects in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship, with an original proof of purchase. This doesn’t cover:

Damage from neglect

Damage from lack of servicing

Issues arising from a crash or unexpected impact

Expected wear and tear

Improper assembly

Improper maintenance

Commercial use 

Modification of any components inconsistent with regular service instructions

Use of parts inconsistent with the use originally intended on a bicycle drivetrain system
